If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hrs from your scheduled appointment, we not only lose your business but the potential business of other clients who could have used your scheduled time. For this reason, we are obliged to compensate our team for their time as well as make up for lost revenue. 
The full service fee will be charged to you for missed appointments or appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours notice of scheduled time. This policy will be enforced for both new and existing clients.
